I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be close to the museum and the subway, making it easy to explore and get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile whenever I entered or left. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping, everything was taken care of to ensure a comfortable stay. Clean, spacious room. Good location near Avenida Paulista. Limited English, but basic Spanish or Portunol will suffice. WiFi initially had issues but improved. Gym and pool area modern and well-equipped. Breakfast with city view.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was fabulous, with many good restaurants and shops nearby. It was just a short walk from the main road and the bustling nightlife area. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay more fun. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that offered a good view of the city. The hotel facilities were great, especially the well-equipped gym. And the breakfast was lovely, with lots of choices to start our day off right.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of the hotel is perfect for young families, situated in a quiet residential area close to shops and transport. You can easily explore the city as it is right next to Paulista avenue. If you're looking for a good meal, head to the nearby Churrascaria Vento Haragano restaurant. The rooms are clean and offer all the necessary amenities like a mini bar, TV with cable, AC, and a comfortable queen size bed. The staff is helpful and the service is great. The hotel also serves a delicious breakfast buffet to start your day off right.
Some guests mentioned that the windows are not double glazed, so there might be some road noise during the day.
